How much does house cleaning cost in Dallas–Fort Worth?
We price by the number of bedrooms, the number of bathrooms and the square footage of the home, with a discount for weekly, biweekly or monthly service. What is included in a standard cleaning?
Every area de-cluttered, bins emptied, vacuumed and mopped, all surfaces dusted; beds made and tables wiped; bathroom countertops and sinks cleaned, toilets scrubbed, tubs and showers rinsed and wiped; kitchen countertops, sink, stovetop and appliance exteriors wiped, the fridge exterior wiped and the microwave cleaned inside. Inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside cabinets, inside windows, walls and laundry are add-ons you can select when you book.
What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean maintains a home that is already in good shape. A deep clean adds baseboards, light switches, window ledges, doors, mirrors and chrome, stainless steel and the oven exterior — the areas a weekly routine skips. We recommend a deep clean for every first-time client so the recurring visits start from a clean baseline.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most of our clients give us a garage code, a lockbox or a door code and come home to a finished house. If you would rather be there, that is fine too.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Our cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment. If you have a special request, or would prefer green products, tell us when you book and we will plan for it.
How do I pay?
Cash-free, online, and only after the cleaning is complete. Your card is kept securely on file and charged when the job is done — never before.
How do you vet the cleaners who enter my home?
Every Marble Maids cleaner is interviewed in person, reference-checked and passes a nationwide background check before their first job. They are experienced, professional and English-speaking.
How do recurring cleanings work?
Pick weekly, biweekly or monthly and we hold a standing time slot for you at a discounted rate. Most clients begin with a deep clean to set the baseline, then the standard visits keep it there.
What happens if something is missed?
Tell us and we will come back and re-clean it within seven days. Every clean ends with a walkthrough so it rarely comes to that, but if it does, we make it right.
What are your hours?
We clean from 8am to 7pm, seven days a week. Text or call any time and you will get a reply within a minute during those hours; outside them we pick up first thing.
